Animation Program BUST!

So, I have this awesome Cintiq 21UX with a decent Macbook Pro. I have fully up-to-date drivers, and everything works well...

...except my friggin' animation programs?

WHY are all my animation programs not working? Adobe Animate (formerly Flash) suffers from missing and disappearing pen strokes (whatever drawing tool I use to draw besides the shape tools). Clip Studio Paint (Manga Studio) only allows 24 frames at a time (unless I buy the big expensive program). OpenToonz lags so bad, I can't get a single line drawn in, and the program ends up crashing beyond repair. Flipbook (from Sketchbook) requires a subscription, which I cannot afford, and it doesn't even produce final animations, either (just more sketchy stuff). Photoshop is a pain in the rear to try and animate with (it's honestly a sad attempt at an animation program). And, ToonBoom is FAR too expensive for me to buy.

So...um...what program do I use for my animations?

I'm going to try reinstalling Adobe Animate, but I'm not very optimistic. After all, the Adobe tech I chatted with last night had no idea why it was happening and needed to escalate the issue up to the engineers. I've tried looking, and there doesn't seem to be a fix to it.

If anyone knows the issue with Flash and the Cintiq 21ux (I try to draw ten strokes, but only 6 - 7 show up...mostly happens when sketching quickly, and no other programs are open), let me know how to fix it. I'd love to be able to start animating the Markiplier short I have planned.

Adobe, industry standard. Oops, you lost all your work because something. :S

Personally, I don't know of many animation programs that you haven't already listed. There's... Photoshop I know is capable of it, but I don't know how diverse and versatile it is. I don't know of any outside what you've already mentioned ._.

Hopefully you find a way to sort your software problems out and be back up and ready to go. As always, if there's anything I can do to help, let me know.
