EDIT: I changed the title of this, since I didn't want to give the impression that this was some new version of 'Power Girl', which is apparently a thing in the DC/Marvel world. I'm not up to date with all the names, so I just changed the name to 'Super Heroish Girl'. I don't even know who this character is originally supposed to be or what the colours actually ARE. I just coloured her.
This was a picture done by the artist Randy Green at a convention, so the original is hard to really pinpoint. But, I do not own the artwork. I, however, DO own the colouring. It took a little while to finish this colouring, since I did it in my spare time. I like how it came out, overall. I had to adjust the colours on the background and shirt several times to make it pop, but I like the final version.
